Events can be manipulated to solve problems you are faced with. You can change things you’re not satisfied with.

While there’s no disputing the fact that you can’t always get what you want, it’s also true that you can exercise your innate power over the events of your life and make things go your way much more frequently.

To do so, you must understand and use the three mighty forces of power – desire, belief, and expectation. Before anything you want to happen can occur, you must desire that it happen. You must believe that it can happen. And you must expect it to happen. Let’s look at each of these three forces and then see how you can put them to work for you.

The First Power Force – Desire

Every manifestation of will is preceded by the desire to act. You must desire something before will can take action. In order to desire something, you must believe that you will gain a measure of satisfaction from it.

Anything you do, from the moment you wake up in the morning until the time you close your eyes to sleep in the evening, is precipitated by desire. Nothing is done that does not have a degree or more of desire behind it. To desire something is to feel there will be a measure of satisfaction after the getting of the thing. You cannot desire a thing unless you feel there will be some satisfaction in the attainment of that desire.

Avoidance of Pain Keeps Many People Stuck

Many people are stuck in a particular position in life simply because they feel that making a change would cause some measure of discomfort. To avoid the discomfort they linger in the existing state of affairs even though that causes discomfort as well. The sayings “Better the devil I know than the devil I don’t.” and “Don’t jump from the frying pan into the fire.” Express this sentiment.

Note the system of expectation at work here. When discomfort or pain is expected, the force works to keep you from making any change, even when the pain is imagined and may never take place.

Like all things, desire has degrees of strength. Consider the story of the disciple who went to his guru one day and asked, “Master, how do I achieve enlightenment?” The wise old guru directed the disciple to the bank of the Ganges River and had him kneel with his head over the water. Then the guru put his hand on the young man’s neck and pushed his head below the surface of the water. After a minute and a half the young disciple was frantic. He pulled and heaved and flailed his arms, but the grip was like iron. He could not get his head back out of the water. After two minutes, when it seemed as though his lungs would burst, the grip was released.

The young man’s head jerked out of the water and he took great gulps of air into his tortured lungs. The guru smiled. “Tell me,” he gently asked, ” what was your greatest desire just then?” “To breathe,” the young disciple stated emphatically. “Ah,” the guru said. “When you desire enlightenment to that degree, it shall be yours.”

To have a better understanding of desire, see it on an ascending scale, like a giant thermometer. At the bottom of the scale is zero, and at the top, one hundred.

When your desire is weak, near the bottom of the scale, it is unlikely that anything will motivate you to activate your will and accomplish the object of that desire. When your desire is near the top of the scale nothing can keep you from success in attaining that desire. To enhance desire, go to level and visualize the positive end result of what you desire to happen.

The Second Power Force – Belief

Belief is mental acceptance of some idea as being true. You accept ideas from others because they are authority figures. This setting of a belief in your mind (usually at a young and trusting age) comes about because you have absolute trust in the authority (generally the parent, sometimes the religious or educational institution, sometimes another trusted outside agency such as a relative, peer, or the media).

This acceptance can come about even when there are facts that contradict it. Reinforcement of beliefs strengthens until, faulty or true, they become a fundamental part of your thought processes. To entrench matters more, now beliefs are tested through the structure of the faulty belief, thereby compounding the problem. What this means is that you only accept information that reinforces the belief. Information that contradicts the belief is rejected.

The Third Force of Power – Expectation

Expectation is a mighty power indeed — so much so that a doctor can take an inert pill and tell a patient that it is a powerful drug, and the patient will react as though the actual drug had been taken. This well-documented phenomenon is called the placebo effect. It might also be called the “expectation effect.”

Of course, the placebo effect does not work all of the time. If it did, no one would bother with drugs at all. They would simply use placebos. It does, however, work with a significant and measurable percentage of success.

Expectation can be a powerful force in one’s life. How can you use expectation as a force in your life? Can you simply expect good things to happen and they will happen?

When you are told something by an authority figure you respect – say, a doctor, a teacher, a parent, or your boss – those words have an effect on all three levels, the physical, the mental, and the spiritual. When you believe this authority figure without hesitation or reservation, then that person’s expectation of you is more likely to come to be. With respect to your own expectation of yourself, however, you might well tell yourself, “I’m going to expect this to happen” only to hear a small voice responding, “Who are you kidding?”

The trick is to make yourself the respected authority figure. Expectation is enhanced with our techniques that entail going to one’s Alpha level and creating the visual imagery of the desired event already having taken place. This technique has a dual effect: it puts you in the position of acting as your own authority, and it reinforces your experience of yourself that way.

The more successful you become, the more you believe in yourself and the better you become at triggering the anticipated positive result of whatever event you are trying to bring about. As you grow into a better person better begets better and you do indeed grow better and better.

To build expectation, go to level and visualize the event as already having happened. When you come out of the alpha level, think about the event happening by a predetermined date. You will find more and more expected events coming to pass.

To help you change your expectation, recall the principle of correspondence – as above, so below; as below, so above. As it is with the seed, so it is with the tree. Start with the small if you want to affect the large. If you wish to bring about a change in a friend, in a parent, child, or spouse, change your own expectation. Begin to expect that which you desire to happen and you will note changes occurring.

Expect things on a smaller scale at first, as the smaller things come into being you begin to expect the major things to happen as well. Expectation is a force that can and should be discussed with others.

Change your expectation and see your reality, your world, change to the degree that you wish it to change. And eventually you will arrive at the place you wish to be.

Your wealth is not a measure of how much you have, but how much you are capable of generating in every moment. If you had won a million dollars in the lottery but are capable of generating zero dollars, you wealth is virtually zero.

Wealth is what you have left when all your money has been taken from you. That is why people who are truly wealthy never become poor even after they have lost all their money. They are able to create money on demand. The secret of wealth is creation and not possession.

A poor person who is incapable of generating income, but happens to win a million dollars, is still a poor person with a million dollars. A rich person who is capable of generating lots of money, but happens to lose all his money, is still a rich person with no money.

Money does not make you rich. It is the power to obtain wealth that makes you rich. A million dollars in the hands of someone without power to create wealth, will soon become nothing. In the hands of someone with power, it never runs out.

Money Is An Illusion

Money is an illusion because it is not a thing in itself. Money is a representation of something else. It is an external symbol that manifest from the inner world of creativity and intention. The manifestation is complete with some form of action involved. It is only an illusion when there is a lot of money or there is no money. A person capable of generating zero dollars may possess the illusion of a million dollars, while a person capable of generating a million dollars may possess the illusion of money being run out.

When you are capable of creating money, the supply is inexhaustible. Whatever wealth that is manifested is temporary and will soon shrink with inflation until it is next to nothing. It is only the act of re-creation that sustains the presence of a particular thing in the visible world.

Whatever you hold in your hand is subjected to death and decay. Old things become obsolete and it is only through constant renewal that enables anything to live on continually. Whatever stops creating, ceases to live.

It is a lunacy of people of the world to make lots of money to last them the rest of their lives, so that they can retire and never have to work to make any more money. Why retire when you should enjoy making money or enjoy doing fulfilling work that makes you money?

Doing something in order to stop doing it implies that the very thing you are doing is not enjoyable. Isn’t it such a meaningless way to live life? The reason why this is so, is because many people do not even know how to live their lives correctly.

Retirement Is A Joke

The idea of retirement is a joke. The moment you retire, you stop contributing and generating. It doesn’t matter how rich you seem to be by the amount of money you have. When you stop contributing and generating, you are virtually a bankrupt. You may have a lot of money in the bank to live on for the remainder of your probable lifespan, but if the money disappeared overnight, you are financially dead. If you somehow managed to get eternal life on earth, the very concept of retirement will disappear completely.

Life is always in motion and that which is flowing shall live. Money has to flow in and out of your life in order to sustain your life. You cannot live without spending and you cannot spend without earning. Cash flow is the core diagnosis of any financial system. Whenever your income exceeds your expenses, you are growing steadily richer every day. Whenever your expenses exceed your income, you are growing steadily poorer every day. Therefore the money wise will always keep the inflow going steady.

We either progress or regress, we never stand still. You are either growing or dying. The moment you retire, you are as good as dead. The purpose of life is to create. When a person retires, they stop creating and stop living. That is why people who retire tend to pass away in a very short span of time. They lose the purpose of remaining here on earth and therefore their subconscious mind soon brings their physical life to an end. It’s insanity that people work only to retire and then to die without having lived.

It is also an illusion that people have in mind about creating wealth to retire and have the freedom to do what they enjoy. The idea of retirement and freedom should start from day one. You should start doing something you would do if you were already retired. That is what life is for. If you do something that you truly enjoy and most desire to do, you will never work a single day of your life and you will never retire because you are already as good as retired. You are completely free when you realize this truth.

Since wealth is only a reflection of the value that you generate in this world, you never want to stop generating it. That is why there are very wealthy people who continue to do the work they do although they have more than enough money to retire and live on for many lifetimes over. They enjoy doing what they do because it is not work, but it is their life. They seek to generate value for the world for as long as they live. They are truly expressing their inner wealth as infinite and inexhaustible in their outer world.

Strive to be a person of value and generation rather than a person of riches and success. If you are generating more value in this world than you are consuming, you are already rich and a success. Every value that you consume should be for the purpose of further increasing the value you can generate.

This is how you multiply the current value of the world instead of degenerating it. As long as you are alive, your purpose is to generate. That is how you make the most out of your life. You constantly generate wealth.

It’s no secret that the Mediterranean diet can help us achieve longevity, but the overall lifestyles of the region’s populace shouldn’t escape our attention.

Tucked away in the Aegean Sea is a small, rocky island called Ikaria, where residents on average reach the age of 90. Here are a few island secrets of longevity researchers have picked up after years of studying the dreamy getaway.

1. Drink Herbal Tea

The Ikarians love it. Many teas found on the island are mildly diuretic and help lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of dementia. A few diuretic herbs are yarrow, dandelion, stinging nettle, and green tea. The health benefits of green tea are amazing, so this may be your first choice.

2. Take a Nap

Like typical islanders, Ikarians don’t bother getting up—or opening up shop—earlier than they feel like it. Something as simple as an afternoon siesta can reduce your risk of cardiovascular problems including heart attack, and it can help you feel more energized and well-rested in the afternoon.

3. Eat fresh Vegetables

Ikaria boasts over 150 varieties of greens. Much of what the islanders eat, in fact, they grow themselves. As with the typical Mediterranean diet, this means very little meat and sugar and lots of vegetables, beans, and antioxidant-rich extra virgin olive oil.

4. Drink Goat’s Milk

Unlike cow’s milk, goat’s milk is easier to digest and contains tryptophan, an amino acid that reduces stress. Goat cheese also contains vitamin D, although there’s plenty of that from the sunshine on this dreamy island.

When you live in a mountainous region like Ikaria, you walk—uphill—a lot. Besides, the islanders are rarely in a hurry to meet anyone, so when they agree to catch up over tea, they take a long, leisurely stroll to do so.

6. Dip into a Hot Spring

Radium is a nasty word in America, but the Ikarians have sworn by radium-rich hot springs since the 4th century. Reduction in joint pain, stress, and skin irritation are often cited as benefits.

7. Just Dance

Rather than chugging flavorless beer and going broke paying for sugar-laden mix drinks, Ikarians drink and eat in moderation, focusing on letting go of (what few) cares they have and simply enjoying each other’s company. This leads us to their final piece of advice…

In this article, I’m going to reveal to you how to feel great every day for the rest of your life.

That might sound too good to be true so stick with me here. By the end of this article, you’ll completely understand and be able to feel great every single day from today onward…guaranteed.

Here’s what you must understand – We, as humans…in all of our sophistication…are really simple beings in one sense.

Here is the big idea – for everything we do, we do it to seek pleasure and avoid pain. Go ahead…I dare you…try in vain to find a counterexample. You won’t find one.

Everything you do, you do it to get more pleasure and/or lessen pain. This seems obvious enough, doesn’t it?

When have you felt the absolute best feelings in your life? I’m willing to bet dollars to donuts that you felt pretty sensational after you found yourself laughing hard…either at a funny movie…a friend’s joke…or while listening to a comedian. Maybe somebody played a practical joke on someone in the office and you laughed yourself to tears.

Have you ever laughed so hard that you were left rolling on the floor with uncontrollable laughter? I’m not talking about the kind of laughter where you chuckle or give a phony laugh at your boss telling you a lame joke. I’m talking about downright, pee-your-pants laughter where you’re doubled-over and your stomach hurts from laughing so hard. The kind of laughter where someone says something funny and you blow milk through your nose kind of laughter.

This is essential for you to understand in order for you to feel great every day for the rest of your life.

Ok, so you felt pretty great after laughing pretty hard, didn’t you? Very good, I can see you nodding your head now as you sit at the computer reading this article. Thank you.

Every day, people plunk down money to feel good. In a moment…I’m going to give you a surefire way to do this…plus my method is FREE. People buy a ticket to a comedy movie to go laugh and feel good. People purchase a ticket to a comedy club to laugh and feel good. People trade jokes in the office to laugh and feel good.

Are you seeing a pattern here yet? When people laugh, they feel good and get pleasure. Most people need some sort of external stimulus to tickle their funny bones and make them laugh. Well, I’m here to say that it isn’t so.

You can laugh anytime you want to, for as long as you want to, as hard as you want to, with self-hypnosis. Remember, self-hypnosis is simply the science of controlling your brain. It’s nothing magical or mysterious.

The Art and Practice of Laughter Meditation

The goal here is to allow yourself to laugh as hard as you possibly can for fifteen minutes. You can go for longer periods later on.

1. Be uninterrupted. First, find a place where you will not be disturbed. Take the phone off the hook. Tell the kids you’re “off-duty” for the next fifteen minutes.

2. Physically relax. Now, sit down with your arms and legs uncrossed. Or if you prefer, lie down on your back with your arms and legs lying flat on the bed. Make yourself as comfortable as humanly possible.

3. Give yourself permission to relax. Now close your eyes. Tell yourself internally, “In the next 15 minutes, I’m going to allow myself to remember all the times where I felt outrageous, side-splitting laughter. I’m going to laugh as hard to improve my health and well being. I give myself permission in these next 15 minutes to laugh myself silly so that I feel great for the rest of the day.” (Now mind you, you don’t need to have this word for word. Simply repeat the gist of what I’m saying here.)

4. Mentally Relax. Count backwards slowly from 10 to 1. With each passing number, give yourself suggestions that you’re becoming more relaxed, you’re sinking down deeper into self-hypnosis, and you’re about to feel great. With each passing number, suggest to yourself that you’re doubling your relaxation.

5. Relive Past Hilarious Experiences. As your sitting or lying there relaxed now, float back in time to a place and time where you see yourself laughing hard…even uncontrollably. See that picture clearly. As soon as you find that experience, step into it. Relive it through your own eyes. Hear what you and the other people are saying. Feel the good feelings in your body. And if you feel it, begin to laugh right now.

6. Relive More Past Hilarious Experiences. Continue to relive other past experiences where you laughed yourself silly by reliving them. See what you saw, hear what you heard, and feel what you felt. With each experience, amplify your laughter.

7. Intensify The Laughter. Now if you’re laughing pretty well and would like to ratchet up the intensity so you can laugh harder, you can give yourself what are called in hypnosis “deepening suggestions”. When you have a really good laughter going, you can give yourself the following suggestion, “In a moment, when I open and close my eyes, I’m going to remember some of the funniest jokes that I’ve ever heard and will laugh harder than I ever have.” Then open and close your eyes and let the suggestion kick in. Another suggestion is “When I touch my finger to my forehead, I will double my laughter.” Then ever so slowly…bring your finger toward your forehead…letting the anticipation build up as you’re still laughing. Then when you finger touches your forehead, you’ll burst out into even more intense laughter.

8. Jumpstarting The Laughter (If Necessary). If you have trouble getting started laughing, take heart. Sometimes people condition the laughter out of us. That’s ok. We’ll just recondition you to laugh freely and easily. That’s what we’re doing here. We’re retraining you to laugh and feel good. So here’s how to get started if the above process didn’t work as well for you. Do everything I suggested above except I want you to do it with a fake laugh at first. Hey, I know it is silly. But Bucko, I’m teaching you how to feel great every day for the rest of your life. It’s worth feeling a bit silly for. Anyway, start out with a fake laugh. (Fake) laugh out loud as you recall past experiences that you truly find humorous. Continue to fake laugh. Don’t fake chuckle. Fake laugh. Pretty soon, your brain will convert that fake laughter into real laughter. You might start laughing at the fake laughter or you might remember what it is like to really laugh.

9. Give Yourself Therapeutic Suggestions (Optional). Ok, work yourself into near hysterical laughter with the intensifying suggestions. Now, in the midst of the uproarious laughter, think about something that bothers you or a challenge you’re having in life. And then give yourself this suggestion; “If I can laugh about this, it has NO power over me whatsoever! I’m totally resourceful and will conquer this!” Through this laughter meditation, you’re really in a state of deep self-hypnosis right now and you’re conditioning your mind to link pleasure to solving your problem. But you’re so busy laughing, I swear this will be the most fun you’ll ever have improving yourself!

10. Give Yourself Positive Suggestions When you’re ready to end the laughter session, here’s what to do. Give yourself suggestions that, “Anytime something troubles me, I can have this laughter anytime I want and will laugh inside my heart and mind and it won’t bother me.” Say, “As I come out of this laughter meditation, I will feel absolutely wonderful with no side effects. I will feel fantastic, refreshed, and rejuvenated as if I had just woken up from a restful 2-hour nap.” Don’t get hung up on the exact words I’m giving you. Give yourself the basic message.

11. Come Out Of The Laughter Meditation Count yourself out of self-hypnosis. Tell yourself, “I’m going to count from 1 to 5 and by the time I reach 5 I will be fully aware and awake, feeling sensational. 1….feeling good…2…coming back here now…3…taking a deep breath…4…feeling even better…and 5…eyes open…wide awake…feel great now!” At this point, open your eyes and you’ll be done.

That, my friend, is how to feel great every day for the rest of your life. It looks long and a little drawn out as I describe it yet it’s alarmingly simple for you to do. And once you do it the first time, you’ll be hooked. It’s true. Who wouldn’t want to feel absolutely sensational with no side effects?

What you’re doing is tapping into your natural ability to laugh. The merchants who sell drugs and peddle alcohol should be quaking in their boots right now. The laughter meditation will squash the need for those side-effect-laden products.

Nobody can touch the laughter meditation. Nothing can beat it. It’s the ultimate experience. I know I might be crazy to release the laughter meditation to the general public. I’m putting my reputation on the line here to share this with you.

Some people who won’t think twice about chugging a six-pack of brew to get wasted (and feel “good”) will dismiss the laughter mediation as bizarre. It’s a shame. And it’s their loss. What a funny world we live in.

But I thought to myself, “Screw it.” The laughter meditation is truly too great to not share with you. If you like, I will create a product (an audio CD) that will lead you through this process and have you rolling on the floor with almost uncontrollable laughter and feeling on top of the world. As an aside, did you of the untold health benefits to laughing? Norman Cousins, in his book “Anatomy Of An Illness” explained how he laughed himself back from death’s door (after suffering from a “terminal” illness) just by watching funny movies, laughing hard, and taking vitamin C.

My ol’ teacher said that before you are born you choose your parents and that you have an overview of the circumstances and beliefs that you are to be born into, he even said you have a comprehension of the defects or inabilities of the future body you will inhabit at birth, your DNA karma say.

It is a very original idea because your birth and the mindset you inherit from your parents overwhelmingly dictates the nature and circumstances of your life’s initial journey. It is our first karma to be born into the restriction of a physical body that is sometimes frightened and it moves slowly, and the second karma is the family imprint that is emotionally embossed upon us. Our third karma develops as we grow up and we go out and test our embossed-self up against real life and other embossed, sometimes warped souls, and we learn through action and reaction.

Our forth karma is spiritual for humans know very little about where our consciousness comes from, or the dimensions that exist all around us, and we know little or nothing about God or the after-life, and nothing is ever written about our pre-life, where we were before we were born? Religion attempts to address the subject of God and the after-life but it offers us nothing more than the arrogance of ignorance dressed in a platitude. It is not very accurate…mumbo-jumbo mostly.

These four karmas bind humanity into a collective karma that I call the global-ego. It’s consumerism, violence and titillation, corruption, lies, abuse the status quo and evil. Essentially it is the spiritual bankruptcy of the soul that Deepak Chopra speaks of, a bankruptcy driven by self-interest, greed and of the curse of silent fears.

At the age of eleven, my then rotten karma had placed me, for what would turn out to be seven years, at a moldy Catholic boarding school. I saw the cruelty, violence and homosexuality of the priests and I vowed to escape. The school was in England and my parents were in Africa and I had no money so my attempt to tunnel out of Stalag 14 at the age of eleven was futile. But I learned the code and I saw how the escape from our karma might be achieved later.

I also learned a concept at an unusually early age that would eventually change my life. Young men yearn for girls and cars, iPods and cool clothes and they pray to be miraculously raised up in some way, fame overnight, please.

Instead, I prayed for wisdom. ‘God, please make me truly wise’ became my mantra, for I saw the ignorance and I knew I was part of it, as I knew nothing. I somehow realized that knowledge would set me/us free. Real knowledge, pure knowledge as I later came to call it.

I knew money was important so I did that for a bit after school , then I learned to meditate and dreams and visions followed and once I could see even a little, everything changed. My whole life became an escape route. Meanwhile, I built alliances with Fringe Dwellers who also sought to escape. We helped each other. I learned love there; we all learned that selfless co-operation is a priceless key.

I did marriage and babies and there was a bittersweet beauty in that, moments of inadequacy and euphoria wrapped in lots of pain, it was the karma of an expensive chocolate embedded in a cactus. And while all that was a wonderful learning – no regrets at all, it wasn’t my real destiny, escapology was the soul mate to which I was bound for life.

I gradually got it – escape that is. Looking back, I saw that at every step I was shown the way out. I learned you need money, not huge amounts just some, and you need wisdom and the community of tunnel diggers. You also need a bit of luck but I came to believe you make your own luck and while we don’t understand the exact mathematics of it all, I still feel it is generated from a program within you driven by pulses of the force of will.

The force of will is like golden mist swirling in a gentle wind, it is out ahead of you as a silent resolve and fortitude, it is the power of all your eventualities, but mostly it is the ability to be patient and to endure while you stalk the wild pendulum; chasing the pendulum is hopeless, if you wait it clunks you on the nose. ‘Plank on head’, I call it.

The desire to flee to a brave new world is a deep yearning, an ache in many-a-soul, but to let go of what you know and jump is scary. It is okay if you balk at the edge; everyone balks at the Jump Program, as it said in the Matrix. But, when staying becomes more frightening than jumping, your soul takes on kangaroo-like qualities.

I already knew how to jump but I would do so gingerly holding my nose, Ayahuasca taught me how to plunge into the void fearlessly. If you want it badly enough you’ll learn to jump, especially if you are bored with life and all the old re-hashed stuff, and copious blah, blah. There is a heroism in jumping for freedom.

The Morph came in 2001 and the walls melted and people dematerialized and the door appeared, I went through and came back and then I went through again, a deer from an inner world helped me, bizarre eh?

The Morph is everywhere; it’s mine it’s yours, it is for everyone, many see it naturally and while you should still pray for wisdom to descend upon you, it’s under your nose really. I taught some people to see the Morph (a small group, maybe three hundred) and I agreed to personally take a hundred and fifty across the Morph to the door for I felt once they knew, they could teach others. I’m in the taxi on the crossing process with those people right now.

Resolve to flee if that is your wish, pray for freedom, act coherently, sell stuff, clean up, heal yourself, and love and respect Gaia for she is our mother and her dark side Kali is very scary. Process your shadow, learn to vision and to dream the lucid dream, and follow those instructions that you see, as that is pure information just for you – a blessing from the Golden Hind also known as the White Hart, the stag on the windy mountaintop that bellows at dusk calling each soul to stop wandering about in loneliness and indecision and come back home.

The brain is a hunk of flesh. Amazing transceiver, but working on the fleshly side, like our bodies. It interprets. It is not spirit, it is alive but not life. It is not perception, in any way, shape or form. Yet it perceives at its own level.

We, however, are consciousness. And here we have bodies with brains.

In our current form, our nervous system consists of our brains, our spinal cord, and all the attached nerves, however complex and energetic it may be. It works for us, not us for it. The two ARE separable. We joined up when we arrived, and we’ll detach when we leave.

The heart and other chakras are more spiritual centers. Right now we’re talking brain and central nervous system.

How the Brain Translates the Hologram

What we think we see or perceive around us is an illusion. A very effective one, and very easily manipulated. We watch from our earthbound nervous systems (until we learn to see or perceive otherwise) a world around us take shape and form. We look for patterns, and we quickly learn to guard for fight or flight situations according to our pre-programmed brains’ propensity to defend itself according its interpreted surroundings.

A long story.

But how the brain we carry – right, left or both, operates – is imperative to understand. Because it and the mind/soul/spirit cloud that runs it and the nervous system, is what is interpreting the hologram around us.

Energy fields are decoded by our brains into a 3D picture, to give the illusion of a physical world.
Despite its apparent materiality, the universe is a kind of 3-D projection and is ultimately no more real than a hologram.

“Our brains mathematically construct objective reality by interpreting frequencies that are ultimately from another dimension, a deeper order of existence that is beyond both space and time: the brain is a hologram enfolded in a holographic universe.”

How Much is Just Brain Trickery?

Visual illusions demonstrate the ways in which the brain creates a mental representation that differs from the physical world. By studying illusions, we can learn the mechanisms by which the brain constructs our conscious experience of the world.Optical illusions, sometimes called also visual illusions are images perceived in a manner that differs from objective reality.

What the human eye sees is interpreted by the brain in a way that contradicts physical measurement of the source image.

In one of our articles we discussed that our whole physical world, is – in fact – an illusion being proved by the holographic universe, one of the most remarkable theories of 20th century.

The Brain Sees What it Wants or is Programmed to See

We don’t live where we think we do. We don’t see what we think we do. Our reality is interpreted vibrations subject to many, many influences. The only refuge is the point of true reference… consciousness.

From there it doesn’t matter what movie is playing, we know it’s only a screen and a play.

We have all been thoroughly indoctrinated with so much negative propaganda about our lives that it is a wonder we can remember how to be happy at all. At every turn we are reminded that life is a struggle, that work is difficult, that solving our problems will take tremendous effort, and that earning money is hard, hard work.

Our culture’s extreme focus on individualism, competition, and consumerism has stripped from us the ability to truly relax and enjoy the process of life, and bask in the effortlessness of our evolution. The effort we are asked to express in this lifestyle drains our spiritual, creative energy.

We need only look beyond our societal expectations to see how deluded we are. The natural world is dynamic, active, constantly growing and evolving, yet it is driven without any effort. Everything that is truly important in the world is done without the kind of striving effort that our conscious minds are so used to. The forests of the earth grow effortlessly, the seasons change effortlessly, the cells of your body have grown from a microscopic fetus to a fully intelligent being effortlessly.

Your body is, in this very instant, performing tens of thousands of highly specific actions in order to keep you alive without any input from your conscious mind.

What you must learn is that your conscious mind is not meant to be used to worry about any of the functions of living. There is a deep intelligence at work in the universe, and you must develop the faith that this intelligence will meet your needs just as it meets the needs of every cell in your body, and every animal on the planet.

Your conscious mind should not be used to worry about a million things that might go wrong. Your conscious mind should be used only to direct the focus of your life and to enjoy the fruits of your actions.

Consciously decide in which direction you want to evolve, and then let the infinite energy of your inner self take over. Realize that you can attract money without any effort on your part, and realize that it is okay to do so.

Obviously you will need to use your energy in the physical world, but when you are doing what you want you will not be filled with stress but with joy and enthusiasm. Hard work is for those who have not bothered to learn how their minds work. For you, life is truly effortless, and truly enjoyable.

In a previous lesson you practiced bringing your awareness into the present moment. Hopefully, you were able to feel that by shifting the focus of your mind to what is actually happening around you in this moment, your emotional state literally changed to a calmer, more appreciative level.

This is the first step to using the focus of your mind. Once you feel the power available to you in the present, you can then begin to focus on how to bring about the events of your life that you desire.

The ability to focus your mind is the most physically practical skill you can develop. The simple reason for this is that the focus of your mind attracts to you the experiences that you consistently dwell upon. I realize that I am beginning to repeat myself, but it is vital that you truly understand this truth if you are committed to enjoying prosperity in your life.

The part of your inner self that we call the subconscious mind literally creates for you the experiences of your life. But this creation is not random, arbitrary, or accidental in any way, and you are definitely in charge of this power.

Your inner mind faithfully creates your life experiences according to your conscious beliefs. And you have one hundred percent control over the thoughts of your conscious mind. This should be an extremely liberating idea, for you are free to choose precisely the focus of your mind and the direction of your life.

So in order to bring experiences of prosperity into your life, you must focus on the wealth you already have, be grateful for the blessings that are already in your life, and focus on the abilities you already possess that will bring wealth to you.

By practicing each day, as you are now doing, you will naturally change your consciousness from a state of lack to a state of abundance. Remember to practice the focussing technique you learned yesterday.

Simply be where you are, and notice the world as it is in this moment. Then focus your mind on how you wish things to be, and project your desires out into the world.

There is one all-important truth that you must accept if you wish to develop on the path to prosperity. You must discard the modern scientific idea that the physical universe is a meaningless, uncaring, random machine, and that human consciousness is a chemical accident within this machine.

In fact precisely the opposite is true. The universe is a living, conscious, intelligent energy which manifests all physical realities. Thought, emotion, consciousness, and life are the true substance of our universe. Whereas we have been led to believe that consciousness is a delusion of our neurology, the real delusion is that a universe of such magnificence could be accidentally formed. There are countless scientific findings from the past century that point to this truth, but one vital understanding is all that we have room for in this short training program.
